Fancy a Tri ?
Ever thought of giving a aquathon or triathlon a go? If you have, why not try our weekly swimming sessions which are currently held at Thornton Heath swimming pool (at the Leisure Centre) at 7.00 - 8.00 on Thursdays.
Alternatively, if you are a triathlete looking to continue swimming during the winter months and also improve your running then Striders may provide the answers.
Non-Striders are welcome to come along and join
in.
During the hour we have the pool exclusively to ourselves and usually have 1 or
2 swimmers per lane.
Neil acts as our coach and prepares
programmes for all levels.
Neil is on hand to offer advice and tips on improving your swimming technique.
The cost of this is just £5.00 per session or £55.00 for 13 weeks (£5.50 /
£60.50 respectively for non-Striders) .
