Topic: Connecting to a SQL server securely over the Internet

Michael will be demonstrating how to connect to a SQL server over the internet in a secure manner so that the data is not compromised. Some situations where this might be useful is if you have a client with remote offices that need to connect to the data store in the main corporate office or if you are supporting a remote customer who needs some assistance with their data.

The presentation will also include links indicating where you can download the utilities used for your own use.

After the demonstration and explanation there will be an opportunity for questions about the presentation. Time permitting we will open the floor to a general Q/A session. If you have a question or problem that has been bugging you. Please send it in via email or bring it with you.
