Main Presentation
Topic: Access Security
Speaker: Larry Linson
We are very lucky to have our own Larry Linson
presenting on Access Security. As most of you know, Larry
is leader of the Access SIG of the North Texas PC Users Group.
I look forward to his presentation.
Meeting Notes
I mentioned having a reference for an open source Visual Studio.NET IDE that,
as far as I know, will run on Windows 98, unlike the Microsoft Visual Studio
IDE. That link is:
http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/default.asp
I
don't know, but guess it would NOT, support Intellisense. It is my
understanding that only VB.NET has that support, even in the Microsoft IDE,
that C# and the enhanced C++ do not have it.
I think some people were
interested and wanted it posted on the website, or included in an e-mail.
I hope soon to "santize" the Security presentation, or, alternatively, to
decide to go ahead an post with the link to the "breaker" software. When I do
that, I will send a copy to post at the MAD website.
