ROOMS

There are nine letting rooms, each enjoying a beautiful view over sea and harbour, set on three floors, ground (G), first (1st) and second (2nd). Each room has a sea view, tea and coffee making facilities and a television. Those rooms which are not en suite, are very close to a shower room; Rooms 8
and 11 enjoy the exclusive use of a shower room each while Rooms 4 and 5
share a shower room on the ground floor.

Ensuite rooms

Room 3 (G) is an elegant room (the original sitting room of this fine Georgian house) with king-size double bed and two single beds and masses of space, particularly suitable for a family group or indeed a couple wishing for a luxury stay.

Room 7 (1st) has a double bed and a single bed and its first floor position makes for a very fine view: it tends to be one of our most popular rooms.

Room 9 (1st) is a larger room with a double bed, single bed and a bunk bed (if required) for a further two people. Spacious and airy, this room is ideal for family parties or a group of friends but also makes for a very carefree base for a couple.

Room 10 (2nd) also has a double and a single bed: although just as spacious as Room 7 below, it makes a cosy eyrie from which to view the world outside.

Room 12 (2nd) also enjoys plenty of space with a double bed, bunk bed for two, and a separate annexe containing a single bed, the latter being particularly useful for families with an older child or teenagers wishing for some privacy of their own.

Non-ensuite rooms

Rooms 4 and 5 (both G), 8 (1st) and 11 (2nd) have a double bed each. They are comfortable and attractive and within just a few metres of a shower room.
