Genie's Lamp is a website designed by... Genie
for the games of Metalknights™ and Starknights™.
The website is best viewed in 1024x768 resolution and is compatible with all the major Web Browsers. Internet Explorer 5.* or later, Netscape Navigator 4.* or later,
Mozilla 1.7 or later, Firefox 1.0 or later and Opera 6.0.
Some of the features of the website however are only supported by Internet Explorer.
The aim is to provide several useful utilities and files related to the two games as well as a plethora of links for both
games, making this an essential stop for all the players who are serious about these games. This website will also be hosting any
future tournaments held by Genie, including the Lugenkar Tournament.
I will also be adding lots of help and tips regarding the two games, especially for Starknights, that doesn't seem to have a
lot of help available for new players at the moment (whereas MK already has a myriad of help pages and tips). This is also a good
chance to introduce SK to the MK Community. A lot of them already know about it, but perhaps a website linking the two games together
might convince a few MK players to give it a try!
I have a lot of new material to add, but all in due time. For the time being, I'm happy the new website is finally online!
Time flies when you are having fun! It's been a few months already in the making and the website is growing ever more bigger, ever more richer!
The credit for the Genie Banner on the News Page goes to Cpt Haans (aka GBO). As you also may have noticed, Wes2000's animated MK units now reside
on the website menu.
