Small amp rack that contained my Rockford Fosgate Punch 45 amp. I covered the box with automotive grade tweed, but first covered it with heavy felt which gave a smooth finished look. To attach the fabric I used 3M's spray adhesive.

Here you can see that same lid open, and the pneumatic cylinder is visible. I installed a 12volt fan to keep the amp cool, warm air vents through slits cut in the lid.

With the amp rack up I can access the floor compartment where my trucks jack is stored. I also installed the guts of the pneumatic system in that compartment.

This was my sub amp. It is a RF360a2. Now I have a RF800a2. I also mounted a fused distribution block and one farad Lightening Audio Capacitor in this compartment.

With the large lid and rack open I can access the compartment where the trucks jack tools are located. I installed my Kenwood 10disk cd changer in that area.
